My name is Mike Keating and I am a coach. What is a coach you may ask? A coach can be many things, but in this instance, a coach is someone who can and will help you create success; help you achieve your loftiest goals, both in your personal and professional life. Little did I know many years ago while reading all of those self-improvement books while flying around the country (what's a better thing to do than read on an airplane?), participating in the corporate world, that I would be starting my own company and helping others achieve their BHAG's (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).

Mike Keating is the founder and President of Keating & Associates, LLC. Mike founded the company with the intent and grounded purpose of helping individuals and organizations create a successful future. Mike was born and raised in Omaha, NE and has a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska and a MBA from the University of West Florida along with 20+ years of organizational experience. Mike has started and managed departments on two separate occasions and has dictated budgets exceeding $300 million.

Mike is a graduate of Leadership Baldwin County, a licensed professional, and maintains numerous industry certifications including being a Certified Affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation. Mike currently lives in Fairhope, AL, with his wife and 10-year-old daughter and is an active participant in both the local Chamber of Commerce and the community as a whole.
